General physician with a specialist interest in Diabetes and Endocrinology, delivering patient-centred care across hospital-based and community services. Dr Jaleel combines extensive clinical expertise in managing all forms of endocrine disorders and diabetes-related conditions with a multidisciplinary approach, working alongside specialist nurses, allied healthcare professionals, and other clinical specialists to provide comprehensive, integrated patient care. His clinical focus extends to both acute and chronic medical conditions, underpinned by a commitment to evidence-based, compassionate practice.
